Adult Conditioning: Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9:30-10:30am Tuesday and Thursday nights 7:30-8:30pm Saturday mornings 10:00-11:00am First week is FREE. Come out to a class and see if you like it with no obligation to join.
Youth Speed, Strength and Conditioning: (1 hour sessions) Tuesday and Thursdays 3:00-6:00pm Saturdays 11:00-1:00pm
Weightlifting (Groups of 4 athletes): Monday thru Thursday 3:00-8:00pm Saturdays 9:00-2:00pm
Fit To The Core: (women strength and conditioning) Tuesday and Thursday mornings 6:30-7:30am Saturday mornings 7:30-8:30am
Adult Jiu Jitsu: Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9:30-10:30am Class taught by Certified BJJ Black Belt. Belt promotions within the program.
Small Group Wrestling: Each session limited to 6 wrestlers or less. Groups meet 2x a week

FTC, located at 811 Center Street in Plainfield, Illinois, is an 11,000 square foot training center
(currently expanding) offering a variety of programs for youths as well as adults. It is the home of IKWF
perennial power and 2010 IKWF Senior State Champs, Force Wrestling. In addition to kids wrestling,
FTC offers freestyle and greco programs in the off-season for wrestlers of all ages. We also have
small group training sessions for wrestlers throughout the year which allows wrestlers to receive a
more personal training experience.
FTC offers speed, strength, and conditioning class for youth groups of 12 or less. These programs are
a great way for an athlete to improve their skills no matter what sport they partake. Our athletes and
parents have seen the effects of these supplemental training programs when their son or daughter
step on field, whether it be baseball, football, or soccer. Year long or 6 week training sessions can be
tailored to meet the individualized needs of an athlete for a specific sport.
Along with youth training, we offer boot camps for adults. This class incorporates a cross-fit training
techniques to get maximum results. We offer both level 1 and level 2 training classes for adults
looking to take fitness to the next level.
XTC also offers classes exclusively for women. Fit To The Core, lead by Erin Dywer, combines cardio
exercises that raise your heart rate along with weight training exercises that will increase your overall
muscle tone.
