training career with his father in law, Richard Snyders – a 35 year wrestling
coach and blackbelt in Militech Fighting Systems. Team No Ego began in
abasement wrestling room with a group of police officers who wanted to stay
in shape and study defensive tactics. As the sport’s popularity increased,
Dennis recognized the power of agility and conditioning training in

of athletes to train and learn in a safe environment. Dennis runs an IKWF
wrestling program for Team No Ego out of Oswego East. Dennis lives in
Oswego, Illinois with his wife and 3 kids.
