JUMP INTO SHAPE - LEARN MORE Jumping rope can burn up to 1000 calories in an hour. This class use interval jump rope routines coupled with body weight exercise for a high endurance calorie burning workout.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS / SUBMISSION GRAPPLING / NO GI - LEARN MORE Focus on all facets of mixed martial arts. We teach proven striking, take down and submission techniques in a safe environment. The ultimate workout incorporates our most rigorous conditioning routines with variations of fighting disciplines. Jui Jitsu, kick boxing, and western boxing gives individuals a well rounded MMA base. Classes run an hour-and-a-half each.
YOUTH SPORTS CONDITIONING BOOT CAMP - LEARN MORE XTREME TRAINING CENTER also offers team training for pre-season workouts focusing on teaching core fundamental movement to develop athletes' overall abilities to move and function in an active environment. Speed, agility and strength movements will be performed to develop full body function, reduce the potential for injury and give them that extra boost needed to win challenges and evaluate their game. Baseball, Football, Basketball, Wrestling, Soccer - whatever your sport is, we can help you get faster, stronger and more explosive to achieve peak performance. We offer open youth training classes throughout the spring and summer to help young athletes develop strength, speed and agility. Open to athletes 2nd grade through high school. All adult classes are on-going, no need to wait for a new session to open. Walk-ins are welcome. You do not need an appointment to come and roll or to
observe training. Just check the calendar and show up. You are always welcome to call ahead with any questions or to let us know that you are coming.
